摘要
为了获得充分水解且尽量避免缩聚的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解产物,在对TEOS水解的影响因素进行分析的基础上,结合水解时间,采用傅利叶红外光谱研究TEOS的水解工艺.结果表明,将质量比为75∶100∶100∶6的TEOS、H2O、EtOH和硝酸溶液(硝酸和水的质量比为1∶20配成)在常温条件下搅拌或静置至澄清,可得到水解完全,且基本未发生缩聚的TEOS水解产物.该水解产物随着存储时间的延长逐渐发生缩聚,应该尽快使用.
In order to obtain hydrolyzate with sufficient hydrolysis and as less while condensation as possible by means of TEOS and on the basis of analysis of influencing factors on TEOS hydrolysis,the TEOS hydrolysis process was researched with FTIR and hydrolysis time as a parameter.The result showed that by stirring and subsequently quieting the solution of TEOS-H2O-EtOH-nitric acid with mass ratio of 75∶100∶100∶6(nitric acid being mixture with water in proportion 1∶20) at room temperature until the solution became transparent,a product of TEOS hydrolysis could be obtained with complete hydrolysis and no condensation by and large.This hydrolysis produce should be put into usage as soon as possible for fear lest its gradual condensation with storage time.
