本文从高校党建工作的最基层党组织——大学生党支部建设入手,对首都多所高校学生党支部建设现状进行调查,认真分析了当前高校大学生党支部建设的主要成绩和存在问题,有针对性地提出了加强和改进大学生党支部建设的措施,以进一步发挥高校大学生党支部的作用,全面加强和改进新形势下高校党的建设,开创高校党建工作的新局面。
