The Reaction Mechanism and Condition of Starch Adhesive

摘要 This paper analyses the oxi-reaction mechanism of starch adhesive,and the influence of temperature,pH and oxidant on the reaction.It is found that the reaction is radical polymerization,and the stronger alkalinity is,the faster reaction speed becomes.When a lot of NaOH solution is used for regulating pH,as long as the starch solution is half-cooked,the reaction lasts only an hour at room temperature.
