工会维权机制创新与农民工维权

Mechanism Innovation of Trade Union and Protecting Migrant Workers

农民工是处于城乡二元社会夹缝中的弱势群体，其合法权益经常受到侵害。工会作为工人阶级利益的代表，应积极吸纳农民工人会，根据农民工的特点，不断创新工作方式和组织机制，切实维护农民工权益。但农民工维权仅靠工会是不够的，需要政府和社会各方面的配合，构建工会领导下的社会化维权模式。

As the vulnerable group because which walking in urban and rural society, migrant workers＇ legitimate rights are always violated. Trade unions, as the representative of workers＇ interests, should attract migrant workers as membership actively, innovate working methods and organizational mechanisms according to the characteristics of migrant workers, so as to effectively protect the fights of migrant workers. However, it is not＇ enough to protect migrant workers＇ rights only depends on trade union. It needs a social model of protection with the trade union, the government and all sectors of society.
