摘要
随着经济结构调整的进一步推进,国有企业改革的不断深化,非公有制经济的迅速发展,经济关系、劳动关系日趋复杂多变,工会组织的维权工作面临着一系列新的课题和挑战。新形势下,要创新发展工会的维权工作,必须注重全面提升企业工会的维权能力,努力实现工会工作的"四化"要求。
As a product of labor relations conflict, trade union is very important in the adjustment of labor relations. At present, along with economic structure adjustment, the reform of state - owned enterprises and the rapid development of non - public economy, trade union's work are facing a series of new challenges. Under new situations, trade union should pay attention to improve their combination ability of protecting labor rights and, to innovate and develop trade union' s work.
