摘要
随着市场经济的发展,我国劳动关系矛盾日趋增多已经成为不容回避的社会现实,并正逐渐成为我国诸多社会矛盾的主体。虽然劳动关系矛盾是多方面因素导致的,但核心问题或者说矛盾的症结在于收入分配不合理,劳动者特别是广大普通劳动者没有合理地共享经济社会发展成果。因此,从解决收入分配问题入手,及时化解劳动关系矛盾,客观上要求加快推进企业工资集体协商,通过开展集体协商来平衡劳资之间的利益关系,但由于目前还存在种种制约集体协商发挥作用的不利因素,决定了通过开展集体协商来构建和谐劳动关系注定任重而道远。
Along with the development of market - oriented economy, the number of conflicts of labor relations is growing. The crux of labor conflicts is unreasonable income distribution, and common laborers have not shared the fruits of economic and social development rationally. Therefore, we should reconcile labor conflicts through resolving the problems of ineome distribution, and enhance the realization of collective eonsuhation on wages in enterprises in order to balance the interests relations between manage- ment and laborer.
