目前农民工劳动现状与体面劳动的要求相差甚远,树立"以人为本"的价值取向是实现农民工体面劳动的关键。具体体现为尊重农民工,突出农民工主体地位;贴近农民工,全面把握农民工的需求;服务农民工,提供培训就业渠道;保障农民工,体现制度关怀。

At present, the current work situation of migrant workers differs greatly with the standards of decent work. The crux of realizing decent work of migrant workers is to establish the value orientation of ＂people - centered＂ . We should respect migrant workers and understand their demands, serve migrant workers through providing training and employment opportunities, and protect migrant workers through institutional arrangement.
