摘要
社会文化环境对企业出资人、经营者经营理念、价值观都具有重要影响,这些因素又直接对企业职工工资发生影响。为解决目前我国企业职工工资偏低问题,应当在市场配置、市场调节的基础上,从人文层面予以引导,在社会文化环境方面予以约束,促成企业出资者、经营者的自我反思和自我觉悟,形成以人为本、和谐发展的价值取向。
The social and cultural environment impacts on the values and philosophy of capital providers and managers of enterprises, and on wage of employees. In order to resolve the problem of too low income of workers and staff in enterprises in China, we should guide and restrict at the level of social and cultural environment, bring about the introspection of capital providers and managers, build up the values of people - centered and harmonious development.
