Trade Union and Migrant Worker's Right to Occupational Health

近年来频频发生的农民工职业病危害事件使得如何维护农民工的职业健康权益问题再次成为各界关注的焦点,而在这些事件中工会作用缺失也再次引发了人们对于工会作用的质疑。我国的法律法规早已明确规定了工会在职工,包括农民工职业健康权益维护中的作用,工会的自身性质也决定了它应当成为农民工职业健康权益维护的代言人。但如何确保这一作用的有效发挥,如何树立工会在职工尤其是农民工心目中的地位仍将是需要认真探讨的问题。

In present years,migrant worker became a group prone to frequent occupational disease.In fact,the trade union＇s role of protecting migrant workers＇ right to occupational health has been explicitly stipulated in laws and regulations in China.However,we need to explore how to give full play to trade union＇s role of protecting migrant worker＇s right to occupational health seriously.
