摘要
发挥工会"大学校"作用,工会要充分利用更多的手段和资源,建立职工素质激励机制,搭建素质提升平台,创特色活动载体,开展文化体育竞技,加大职工教育培训参与管理力度,加强学习型、知识型、创新型职工队伍建设,努力推进职工队伍素质提升。
In order to give full play to trade union＇ s role of the ＂large school＂, we should establish the incentive mechanism and create the path of improving employee＇ s quality. Trade union can improve employee＇ s quality through cultural and physical programme, training and education programme and worker＇ s participation programme.
