非公企业组建工会就是要贯彻落实党的全心全意依靠工人阶级的方针,充分发挥工会组织的作用,更好地维护广大职工的合法权益,目前组建工作面临诸多困难和问题。建会实践中要从实际出发,拓宽思路,坚持创新,反对一刀切。

To organize trade unions in non-public owned enterprises,we should carry out the Party＇s guiding line of wholeheartedly relying on the working class,and give full play to trade union＇s role of protect legal rights of workers and staff.At present,there are many difficulties and problems of organizing trade unions.We should start anything in view of reality and insist on innovation in the work.
