摘要
中国共产党在对我国劳资关系本质问题的认识上,经历了一个在实践中逐步摸索与认知的曲折过程。中共早期的劳动立法从有关的宣言或决议案到各地苏维埃政权单独制定法规,再到统一的法典出台,并在多次修正中与苏维埃区域实际状况的吻合度不断提高,初步实现了马克思主义劳资关系理论与中国国情的有机结合。
The Communist Party of China has experienced a circuitous process of trial and error and realizing the nature of labor-capital relations.The early labor legislation of the CPC includes declarations,resolutions,regulations issued by local soviet governments and uniform code.Through amendments of many times,these early labor legislation had get more and more accordant with the actual situations of soviet areas,and realized the combination between labor-capital relations theory of Marxism and Chinese situations preliminary.
