小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的MR诊断与病理分析

Cerebellar pilocytic astrocytoma MR diagnosis and pathological analysis

目的:探讨小脑毛细胞型星形细胞瘤(PA)的磁共振成像(MR)特征。方法:收集经临床病理证实的15例小脑PA,对其MR表现与病理进行对照分析。结果:15例PA,其中小脑蚓部8例,小脑半球7例;4例PA为囊性,6例为囊实性,4例为实性,1例为实性伴微小囊变,增强后病灶囊壁及实性部分明显强化,囊性部分无强化,瘤周轻度水肿或无水肿。结论:PA的MR表现有一定的特征,结合临床,可有一个初步的诊断。

Objective： To study the MR features of the pilocytic astrocyma.Methods： The clinical pathology confirmed 15 cases of pilocytic astrocyma,its MR and pathological results were analyzed.Results： 15 patients with pilocytic astrocyma including cerebellar vermis in 8 cases,7 cases of cerebellar hemisphere;4 cases of cystic PA,6 cases of PA for the solid and cystic,4 cases of PA is solid,and 1 case of solid with small cystic changes,the enhanced lesion solid wall and an obvious enhancement,cystic part of no enhancement,peritumoral edema with mild or no edema.Conclusion： MR pilocytic astrocyma have certain performance characteristics,combined with clinical,can have a preliminary diagnosis.
