ck17和ck19在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression of ck17 and ck19 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的研究细胞角蛋白17(ck17)、19(ck19)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常口腔黏膜、78例OSCC根治标本中ck17和ck19的表达水平,并分析其与组织分化程度和临床病理分期之间的关系。结果正常口腔黏膜中ck17、ck19均未见阳性表达;OSCC中ck17、ck19的阳性表达率分别为47.4%、61.5%。ck17、ck19在OSCC组织中的表达与组织分化程度和临床分期明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 ck17、ck19在OSCC的高表达可能对OSCC的发生发展过程中起促进作用。

Objective To study the expression and significance of ck17 and ck19 in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was employed to detect the expression of ck17 and ck19 in 78 cases OSCC and 10 cases normal control oral mucosa.ck17and ck19 expression in OSCC and its clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results ck17 and ck19 were undetected in all the control samples,while their positive rate among OSCC were 47.4%and 61.5% respectively.The expression of ck17 and ck19 were correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade（P0.05）.Conclusion ck17and ck19 might promote the occurrence and development of OSCC,which had high expression in OSCC.
