摘要
目的分析航空人员糖耐量减低(IGT)患者胰岛素抵抗和血管内皮功能的变化,探讨胰岛素抵抗与内皮功能的可能关系。方法糖耐量减低组(A组)、糖耐量减低合并空腹血糖受损组(B组)、正常对照组(C组)各30人,检测血压、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后两小时血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血流介导的血管舒张反应(FMD)和硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应(NMD),并进行比较。结果 A、B、C三组之间TC和TG无显著性差异(p>0.05);A、B组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)高于C组(p<0.05),A、B组FMD、NMD水平低于C组(p<0.05);B组HOMA-IR高于A组(p<0.05),B组FMD、NMD水平低于A组(p<0.05);FMD、NMD与FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR水平呈负相关。结论航空人员IGT患者存在胰岛素抵抗和血管内皮功能受损,内皮功能与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of insulin resistance and endothelium function in impaired glucose tolerant patients(IGT) among civil aviation people and discuss the relationship between insulin resistance and endothelium function.Methods 30 persons with IGT(A group),30 persons with IGT and impaired fasting glycaemia(B group) and 30 persons in normal control group(C group) were detected with blood pressure,TC,TG,FPG,2hPG,FINS,flow mediated vasodilation(FMD),nitroglycerol mediated vasodilation(NMD).Results No significant difference were found between TC and TG in the three groups(p0.05).The HOMA-IR in group A、B were significantly higher than that in group C,The FMD、NMD in group A、B were significantly lower than those in group C.The HOMA-IR in group B were higher than that in group A,The FMD、NMD in group B were lower than those in group A.FMD、NMD was negatively correlated with FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR.Conclusion There are insulin resistance and endothelium function impaired in IGT among civil aviation people.Endothelium function and insulin resistance relationships are closely interrelated.
