摘要
目的通过三维超声表面成像技术对胎儿唇腭裂进行产前诊断,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 2008年1月~2010年9月应用三维超声诊断仪对18例唇腭裂畸形的胎儿颜面部行二维、静态三维及实时三维超声检查,并比较超声诊断与产后诊断符合率。结果超声检查出胎儿唇裂8例,诊断符合率100%;腭裂9例,诊断符合率90%;唇腭裂合计17例,总诊断符合率为94.4%。结论二维超声是三维超声成像的基础,但三维超声图像更直观、立体、逼真,明显优于二维超声,通过三维超声成像技术的应用可显著提高胎儿唇腭裂的检出率。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Three-dimensional(3D) ultrasonography for fetal cleft of lip and palate.Methods From January,2008 to September 2010,18 cases of fetal face part with the characteristics cleft of lip and palate were checked by the two-dimensional,the three dimensional and the real-time three dimensional ultrasound instruments and compare the ultrasound diagnosis with the post-natal diagnosis to evaluate coincidence rate.Results With ultrasonography 8 cases fetal cleft lip have been diagnosed with the coincidence rate of 100%;9 cases of cleft palate with the coincidence rate of 90%;total 17 cases with the coincidence rate of 94.4%.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonic is the basis of three dimensional ultrasonic imaging,but the three dimensional ultrasonic imaging is more direct-viewing,three-dimensional,lifelike,surpasses obviously two-dimensional ultrasonic,may obviously improve the diagnostic rate of the fetal cleft of lip and palate.
