摘要
利用声发射信号研究刀具磨损是近年来国内外非常注目的研究课题。本文通过实验研究与理论分析提出了用声发射信号的特征量tσ_t来表征与刀具后刀面磨损面积A的关系,将为实时处理带来不受样本序号大小、放大器增益变化的影响。本文的结果便于在生产中应用,并对开发声发射监视刀具磨损系统的研究具有现实意义。
The investigation of dynamic characteristics of acoustic emission signals inmetal cutting has developed greatly in the last few years. But to date we havenot found in the open literature general relationship between acoustic emissionparameters and tool wear, nor even for special cases. In this paper we mainly-present such a relationship for boring process.Based on much experimenting and numerical analysis, we propose a characte-ristic quantity for acoustic emission signal. This is tσ_i, where t is given in Eq.(5) and at is given in Eq.(6). tσ_i. is expressed in min^2. Wear of the boringtool is denoted by A, expressed in mm^2. The relationship between A and tσ_i, isgiven as Eq.(9). When Chinese hard alloy YT15 is used as tool material andChinese steel No.45 is used as test specimen material, Eq.(9) reduces to Eq.(13)and fits quite well our experimental data as can be seen from Fig.4. Our exp-eriments show that for different tool materials and different test specimen ma-terials, it is only necessary to assign suitable values to a_3 and b_3 in Eq.(9). Huang presents experimental data for lathing operations[2]. We find thatEq.(9) also fits quite wqll Huang's experimental data.
