宫腔内人工授精的心理护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨宫腔内人工授精患者激惹、抑郁和焦虑的心理状况并给予心理护理的方法。方法选择2009年10月～2010年12月在我院生殖科门诊就诊进行宫腔内人工授精(IUI)的150例不孕症患者,随机分为两组。两组患者均填写激惹、抑郁和焦虑量表(IDA)进行评分。对照组75例按常规IUI方案进行治疗;研究组75例另外给予心理护理,比较心理干预前后IDA量表评分及两组患者的临床妊娠情况。结果研究组患者经心理护理后,IDA量表评分明显降低(p<0.05)。研究组患者周期妊娠率明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 IDA量表可应用于人工授精患者的心理调查,有效的心理护理有助于宫腔内人工授精的成功。
