门诊病人退药原因分析

ANALYSIS OF THE REASONS INDUCING MEDICINE REFUND TO OUTPATIENTS

目的探讨南海西樵人民医院门诊药房退药的原因,提出相应改善对策,以减少退药,促进合理用药。方法对各科室的退药单进行统计分析,并分析影响门诊药房退药影响因素的灰联系系数,提高医疗质量和用药安全。结果药品不良反应、病情变化、重复用药、病人拒服、医师开错或药师发错药、药费高、药品质量差、网络及电脑故障是引起退药的主要原因。结论加强医生、药师和患者之间的沟通,提高各方合理用药意识,才能从源头上减少退药现象的发生。

Objective To explore the reasons inducing medicine refund to outpatients of Nanhai Xijiao people＇s hospital,put forward corresponding improving strategy in order to reduce medicine refund and promote rational drug use.Methods Carry out statistical analysis of the medicine refund notes from all clinics,analyze the grey relation coefficients,and elevate medical quality and safety of medication.Results The main reasons of medicine refund were find out,such as ： adverse reaction of drug,change of ill status,repeat of medication,patient refuse,error prescription of doctor or error distribution from pharmacist,high cost,low quality of drug,and failure of computer or network.Conclusion The communication between doctor,pharmacist and patient must be strengthened,the consciousness of rational drug use must be elevated,and then the medicine refund can be reduced from origin.
