目的探讨优质护理服务在手术室的实施效果。方法通过转变工作模式;加强手术室环境管理;加强手术管理,包括术前访视、术中支持、术后随访的落实及围手术期患者安全管理;加强护士业务技术的培训;加强服务态度的教育,在手术室实施创优质护理活动。结果通过优质护理服务在手术室的开展,提高了手术室的工作效率和服务能力,加强了手术管理,提高了患者满意度,避了缺陷和差错的发生。结论优质护理服务的实施,使围手术期患者享受到了人性化、系统化、规范化的优质护理服务,达到了创优质护理活动的目的。

Objective To explore the effect of implementation of quality care in operating room.Methods Through changing the work mode;strengthen the operating room environment management;enhance operations management,including fulfill preoperative visit,intraoperative support and postoperative follow-up and management of perioperative patient safety;strengthen the nurses training of business technology;enhance the education service attitude,the implementation of a quality care in the operating room all activities.Results Carrying out quality care in the operating room has improved operating room efficiency and service capabilities,enhanced surgical management,increased patient satisfaction,and avoid the occurrence of defects and errors.Conclusion The implementation of quality care,so patients enjoy perioperative humanity,systematic and standardized quality care services to achieve the objective of creating high-quality care activities.
