Effect of Stronium-89 Combined with Radiotherapy and Pamidronte in Treatment for Lung Cancer Patients with Bone Metastasis

目的:探讨89Sr联合放疗和帕米膦酸二钠治疗肺癌多发骨转移的临床疗效。方法:选取478例肺癌多发骨转移患者,采用89Sr、博宁和放疗3种方法进行联合治疗。结果:疼痛缓解率为82.4%,78例骨转移灶消退,206例治疗结束6个月以内未出现新的转移灶,总有效率59.4%。结论:89Sr联合放疗和帕米膦酸二钠治疗肺癌骨转移简便,无痛苦,无创伤,副作用较低,治疗效果较好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Strontium-89 combined with radiotherapy and pamidronate therapy in lung cancer patients with multiple bone metastasis.Methods Four hundred and seventy-eight cancer patients with bone metastasis were treated with the combination therapy of Strontium-89,radiotherapy and pamidronate.Results The pain relief rate was 82.4%,bone metastasis significantly decreased in 78 patients and new metastasis had not been detected in 206 patients in 6 months after treatment,the total effective rate was 59.4%.Conclusion This treatment for lung cancer patients with multiple bone metastasis is convenient,painless,harmless,and effective as well as of low side effect rate.
