因子分析在TIA患者颈内动脉超声参数分析的应用

摘要 目的评价颈内动脉超声参数在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)中的临床意义.方法以75例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为研究对象,采用因子分析和聚类分析对其颈内动脉超声检查结果进行分析比较.结果共提取出反映血管顺应性、血液流速、管腔3个公因子,累计贡献率为84.08%;以因子得分行聚类分析将研究对象聚为3类,结果显示72.0%的患者血液流速及管腔明显变小,PI、RI明显升高者占16.0%.结论在短暂性脑缺血发作患者的颈内动脉超声参数中PI、RI这2个反映血管顺应性的指标对其发生、发展及转归的评价具有重要的临床价值. Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonographic parameters of internal carotid artery in transient ischemic attacks(TIA).Methods 75 cases with TIA were exminated with ultrasonography,and 6 ultrasonographic parameters were analyzed with factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results 3 common factors(arterial compliance,blood velocity,diameter)were extracted,the corresponding cumulative variance reached to 84.08%,and the variance of arterial compliance reached to 40.68%.75 cases were divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis with factor scores,72% of cases decreased significantly in blood velocity and diameter,and 16% of those increased significantly in PI and RI.Conclusion In ultrasonographic parameters of internal carotid artery with TIA,the factors of arterial compliance(PI,RI)had important influence on occurrence,development and prognosis of TIA.
