摘要
为了研究美国Symmetricom公司的多通道比相仪TSC MMS(multi-channel measurement system)(它是一种基于双混频时差测量原理的相位测量设备)的测量性能以及进一步探索改进其测量性能的方法,搭建了TSC MMS设备的性能测试平台,测量了TSC MMS的本底噪声。本底噪声的测量结果与该设备制造商发布的2.5×10-13(10 MHz)处于同一水平。另外,对影响测量结果的具体原因进行了分析。
In order to evaluate the performance of symmetricom's TSC MMS(multi-channel measurement system),which is a phase measurement device based on the measurement principle of dual mixer time difference(DMTD) method,and to seek the method of improving the performance,a TSC MMS performance test platform was set up and the background noise in TSC MMS was measured.The measured background noise is consistent with that issued by the manufacturer,2.5×10-13(10 MHz).Besides,the factors which affect the measurement results are analyzed.
