摘要 研究了外加TiCp/Ni 合金激光熔覆涂层中TiCp 的界面结构以及涂层的冲击磨损性能,并与原位TiCp/Ni 涂层进行了对比.结果表明,外加TiCp 界面存在外延生长、界面反应物及析出物.原位及外加TiCp 涂层在低冲击载荷下均可提高冲击磨损性能,前者提高幅度较大;在高冲击载荷下外加TiCp 涂层降低磨损性能,而原位TiCp 涂层仍显著提高磨损性能.TiCp 界面结构特征是影响磨损性能的主要原因. The TiC p interface and impact wear resistance of TiC p/Ni coating by laser cladding are studied, and compared with in situ reacted TiC p/Ni coating. It is observed that the epitaxial growth, interface reaction and precipitation appear at the TiC p interface. Under lower impact work, coatings with in situ reacted and directly-added TiC p have improved wear resistance. Under higher impact work, the wear resistance of the coating with directly-added TiC p become worse, while the wear resistance with in situ TiC p is still considerably improved. The structure character at TiC p interfaces is the major factor having effect on wear performance.
