竞技体育田径项目后备人才培养模式研究——以福建省为例

Research on Training Mode for Reserved Talents in Track and Field——Taking Fujian Province as an Example

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对福建省竞体育田径项目后备人才培养现状进行研究。在此基础上,揭示培养模式的不足,提出相应的对策,旨在为福建省竞技田径的健康发展提供理论和实践参考.

Through literature and material method,questionnaire,expert interview,statistics and so on,this paper studies the status quo of reserved talents cultivation in track and field of Fujian Province,based on this,reveals the inadequacy of the training mode and puts forward the relative measures,aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for healthy development of track and field of Fujian Province.
