摘要
系统地研究了Cu -1C-1Cd 粉末复合体制备过程中,原始粉末状态、压制压力、烧结温度等工艺参数对材料相对密度的影响.结果表明,原始粉末的差异对制备工艺的全过程均产生规律性的影响.压制压力对压坯密度的影响符合粉末冶金材料的一般压制规律.在烧结过程中,镉和孔隙扩散对烧结密实化过程起着重要作用.
The systematical study on the effect of technical parameter such as initial powder condition, press pressure, sinter temperature and on the relative density in preparation procedure of Cu-1C-1Cd powder composite indicates that difference of initial powder has regular effect on the whole preparation procedure. The effect of press pressure on the relative density of sample follows the general law for powder metallurgy material. During sinter process, the diffusion of cadmium and cavity plays an important role in the sinter density process.
