BZ-derivations of the Lie Algebra of Upper Triangular Matrices over a Communicative Ring

研究了可换环上上三角矩阵李代数的BZ导子,利用BZ导子在其基上的作用的方法获得了上三角矩阵李代数的BZ导子,并且对其任意一个BZ导子进行了具体的刻画,对导子的概念进行了推广.

A research was made in this paper on BZ-derivations of the Lie algebra of upper triangular matrices over a communicative ring.By using the definition of BZ-derivation and acting to the basis of Tn（R）,several types of standard BZ-derivations were constructed and given an explicit description of BZ-derivations of Tn（R）.The notion of derivation in a more general case was generalized.
