摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对初中体育教师在成功体育教学过程中对师生关系的特征认知状况进行了调查,对成功体育教学过程中多极主体互动、师生关系的主体间性特征进行了分析,指出教师的权威来自于教师内在的精神力量;在教学过程中体育教师应虚心接受来自学生的监督,反思和总结自己的教学经验,不断提高教学技能,实现教学相长。
Through the literature data :method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, logic analysis, this paper investigates the cognitive situation of the features of teacher-student relationship, and analyzes the multiple interaction and subjectivity in the relationship. Finally it puts forward some suggestions.
