完全性房室通道畸形矫治术患者的围手术期护理

Nursing strategies of surgical repair of complete atrioventricular canal defect during perioperative

目的探讨完全性房室通道畸形矫治术患者的围手术期护理要点。方法52例完全性房室通道矫治术的患者,总结其术前的护理,包括心理护理、健康宣教、心功能的维护及术前准备,以及术后护理,包括心律失常的防治、肺高压的预防和处理、低心排综合征的防治及呼吸道管理,肺部并发症的防治和胸腔引流管道护理,出院指导等几个方面的护理方法。结果通过治疗与护理,治愈出院49例,死亡3例。结论完全性房室通道畸形矫治术的患者,充分有效的围手术期护理是手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To summarize the nursing strategies of surgical repair of complete atrioventricular canal defect during perioperative.Methods 52 patients with complete atrioventricular canal defect undergoing surgery treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Their preoperative nursing care,including the psychological care,health education,maintenance of heart function and preoperative preparation was summarized.Postoperative nursing care,including prevention and treatment of arrhythmias,pulmonary hypertension,low cardiac output syndrome and pulmonary complications,respiratory tract management,thoracic drainage tube care and discharge guidance and several other aspects of hospital nursing care was studied as well.Results After the above treatment and nursing care,49 patients recovered and 3 died.Conclusion The effective perioperative nursing care is an important factor for success of surgical repair of complete atrioventricular canal defect.
