摘要
研究了Ti60合金在500~700℃于固态NaCl和水蒸气作用下的腐蚀行为结果表明,在表面未涂NaCl的情况下,无论通水蒸气与否,Ti60合金几乎没有腐蚀增重;与单纯空气中的腐蚀相比,表面涂有NaCl的试样在空气中的腐蚀则显著加剧;NaCl与水蒸气的协同作用在更大程度上加剧了Ti60合金的腐蚀同时研究了在600℃NaCl与水蒸气协同作用下,不同盐膜厚度对Ti60合金腐蚀的影响、用金相、X射线衍射、能谱、扫描电镜和电子探针观察分析了腐蚀产物。
The corrosion behavior of Ti60 alloy has been studied in the presence of NaCI and water vapor at 500-700℃. Results indicated that the corrosion of Ti60 alloy was not obvious in the atmospheres without NaCI, while corrosion was severely speeded up when the atmosphere contained NaCI and water vapor. Optical microscope (OM), X ray difFraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) were used to analyze the corrosion products.Mechanism of the effect of water vapor and NaCt on the corrosion of Ti60 alloy steel was proposed.
