肺结核合并糖尿病病人院外跟踪护理需求研究

Study on outside hospital follow-up nursing needs of tuberculosis patients complicating with diabetes mellitus

[目的]了解肺结核合并糖尿病病人自我管理行为和各种护理需求,为开展院外跟踪护理提供参考依据。[方法]以Orem自理理论为概念框架,自行设计护理需求调查问卷,采用抽样调查方法对92例门诊肺结核合并糖尿病病人进行调查,并分析调查结果。[结果]肺结核合并糖尿病病人自我管理行为差,接受过健康教育与未接受过健康教育病人的自我管理行为之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),性别、年龄、文化程度等因素对护理需求有差异性(P<0.05)。[结论]肺结核合并糖尿病病人自我管理水平偏低,对各种护理需求较为迫切,根据不同群体开展跟踪护理服务成为必然趋势。

Objective：To know about self-management behaviors and various nursing needs of tuberculosis patients complicating with diabetes mellitus,so as to provide some bases for carrying out follow-up nursing care outside hospital.Methods：Taking the Orem self-care theory as conceptual framework,a total of 92 tuberculosis patients complicating with diabetes mellitus in outpatient clinic were investigated by filling out self-designed nursing needs questionnaire and by adopting sampling survey.And investigation results were analyzed.Results：Self-management behaviors of tuberculosis patients complicating with diabetes mellitus were poor.There was statistical significant differences in terms of self-management behaviors between patients accepted health education and those not accepted（P0.05）.There were statistical significant differences in terms of nursing needs among factors such as gender,age,educational background and so on（P0.05）.Conclusion：Self-management level of tuberculosis patients complicating with diabetes mellitus is lower.They have urgent needs for various nursing care.It has become an inevitable trend to unfold follow-up care service based on different groups.
