文中从海上巡查执法的工作需求出发,分析了我国海上巡查执法工作的现状及存在的问题,并从五个方面提出了我国海上巡查执法工作的发展思路。

This article, based on the needs and necessity of maritime patrolling law enforcement, analyzes the present stares and problems concerning the maritime patrolling law enforcement in our country, and puts forward some recommendations and thoughts in five aspects on the development of the maritime patrolling law enforcement in our country.
