飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术相关并发症研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 飞秒激光角膜屈光手术因具有较高的安全性、较好的可预测性和较少的并发症,已经逐渐成为屈光不正患者首选的手术方法。虽然飞秒激光制瓣手术的并发症相对少见,但也时有报道,如角膜上皮下气泡、前房气泡、角膜基质广泛微空化泡、术中掀瓣困难、一过性光敏感综合征等。本文就上述术中、术后并发症以及处理原则等方面加以综述,旨在提高临床医生对手术过程中出现的偶发事件的处理能力,提高手术的安全性。
