载万古霉素硫酸钙人工骨结合负压吸引技术治疗金黄色葡萄球菌骨髓炎 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨采用载万古霉素硫酸钙结合负压吸引治疗金黄色葡萄球菌骨髓炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析上海市第八人民医院骨科采用载万古霉素硫酸钙人工骨结合清创负压吸引技术治疗金黄色葡萄球菌骨髓炎的78例患者,血源性骨髓炎患者10例,人工内植物感染患者68例,年龄11~83岁,平均年龄46.9岁.采用一期清创负压吸引想二期含万古霉素硫酸钙人工骨局部植入治疗.结果 随访时间15~40个月,平均25个月,炎症平均愈合时间32.3 d.人工骨平均吸收时间63 d,共6例复发.结论 载万古霉素硫酸钙结合负压吸引治疗金黄色葡萄球菌骨髓炎,可明显提高手术治愈率,改善局部成骨条件,提高患者满意度. Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of osteomyelitis treated with vancomycin-calcium sulfat and vacuuln assisted closllre.Methods Seventy-eight cases of chronic osteomyelitis were treated with vancomycin-calcium sulfate and vacuum assisted closure.Ten Were haematogenous osteomyrelitis and other sixty-eight had infection after interenal fixation of fracture.Results The average age was 46.9 years(range from 11 to 83 years).fracture was unstable.Mcan follow-up Was 25 months(range from 15 to 40 months).The average control of the infection time Was 32.3 days.the mean absorption time of Vancomycin-calcium sulfate granules were 63 days.Conclusion Treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with vancomycin-calcium and vacuum assisted closure is a relatirely simple method.It has a high rate of infection control and ossification improvement.
