摘要
患者男,54岁,因左侧鼻腔堵塞、脓涕、嗅觉减退2个月,涕中带血1个月入院.检查左鼻腔,可见表面不光滑淡红色新生物,新生物来自下鼻甲,鼻中隔向右偏.
