CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞在慢性乙型肝炎及相关疾病发生发展中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 慢性乙型肝炎是临床上常见的感染性疾病,可进展为肝硬化、肝癌。患者体内乙型肝炎病毒的持续复制和机体免疫功能的低下与疾病的发生发展密切相关。调节性T细胞具有免疫无能、免疫抑制的特性,近年来发现其可能与慢性乙型肝炎的发病机制有关。此文对CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在慢性乙型肝炎发生发展中的作用作一综述。
