农村公共基础设施农民满意度模型及评价指标构建研究

Farmers' Satisfaction Model and Evaluation Indexes in Rural Public Infrastructure

加强农村公共基础设施建设是新农村建设的一项重要举措。基于美国顾客满意度指数模型,从农村公共工程形象、农民期望、感知质量、感知价值、农民满意度、农民抱怨和农民信任等方面构建了农村公共基础设施农民满意度绩效评价模型及评价指标体系。该模型的构建不仅有利于了解农民对农村公共基础设施建设的满意度,更有利于社会主义新农村的建设。

Strengthening rural public infrastructure construction is an important strategy of the new socialist countryside.In this paper,based on American Customer Satisfaction Index Model,a model and evaluation indexes are established to analyze farmers＇ satisfaction in rural public infrastructure,including image of rural public project,farmers＇ expectations,perceived quality,perceived value,farmers＇ satisfaction,farmers＇ complaint and farmers＇ trust.The model is helpful for us not only to know the farmers＇ satisfaction in rural public infrastructure,but also the building of the new socialist countryside.
