摘要
2010年以来,我国连续2次推出房地产调控政策,2010年10月湖北省和武汉市为实施国家政策也相继出台了自己的房地产政策,本文详细介绍了武汉市房地产政策的出台背景、内容,实施房地产政策后武汉市房价及新房成交量波动的原因、政策实施效果偏差的原因和解决办法。
China has issued the property regulations in two consecutive years since 2010.In October 2010,Hubei Province and Wuhan City government introduced the regional and local property regulations in response to the national property regulations.This paper provides the introduction and background of property regulations of Hubei Province and Wuhan City.This paper also presents the details of these property regulations and analyzes the causes for the fluctuations of housing price and the transaction of newly-built properties,the deviated effect of the implementation of property regulations,and the solutions.
