摘要
教育硕士(数学学科)的目标应是培养"临床专家型教师"。对教育部的参考性方案与几所重点师范大学的实际课程设置进行比较分析发现:各校课程设置"必修"基本趋同,特色不明;"选修"有所彰显,互补不够:"公共"有余、专业拓展不够,"理论"过剩、实践创新不足。针对上述情况提出了在课程设置及教学方式等方面的一些建议,如在实际操作中应体系现"一改革、二减少、三增加"的原则;设计了相应的课程方案。
Combining the definition of national master's degree of education in mathematics,this paper points out that the objective of educational mastership is to develop "clinical expert teachers." Under the guidance of this goal,by comparing and analysing the referential proposal of Ministry of Education with a few practical courses of several Normal Universities,we find that "compulsory courses" tend to be consistant but not specially featured,"optional courses" slightly evident but not fully completementary,"common required courses" surplus but not deeply technically expanded,"theory courses" excessive but not sufficiently innovated.Based on the problems mentioned above,this paper puts forward some advice on course offering and teaching method,for example,to act according to the principles of "revolution,reduction and enhancement" in practical operation,or to design corresponding courses.
