摘要 单心室是一种比较少见的紫绀型先天性心脏病,是指一个心室接受经两组或共同房室瓣两侧大部分心房血液。VanPraagh等根据残余心腔的位置将其分为左室型单心室、右室型单心室、共同心室、不定型单心室四型。单心室主心腔同时接受腔静脉及肺静脉大部分血流,造成容量负荷增加;
