细胞紧密连接蛋白与乳腺癌侵袭转移相关性研究的现状分析 被引量:2

Status analysis of the significance of tight junction in the invasion of breast cancer

摘要 目的:总结国内外关于细胞间紧密连接的破坏在乳腺癌浸润与转移中的作用。方法:应用Medline及CNKI期刊全文数据库系统以"乳腺癌、转移和紧密连接"为关键词检索1997-2010年的相关文献,分析文献30篇。纳入标准:1)乳腺癌的转移机制;2)紧密连接的结构及功能;3)紧密连接的破坏与乳腺癌转移的相关性。结果:紧密连接的破坏及紧密连接蛋白表达的下降可以促进EMT的发生,从而促进乳腺癌的浸润与转移。对于乳腺癌细胞TJ蛋白的研究可以进一步明确EMT在乳腺癌转移过程中确切机制,有助于掌握肿瘤演进过程,防治乳腺癌转移。结论:紧密连接的破坏与乳腺癌细胞的侵袭及转移存在一定的相关性。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the close relationship with the breakdown of tight junction in the leading edge of cancer cells and invasion in breast cancer through literature review. METHODS- The papers published from 1997 to 2010 were searched from Medline and CNKI with the keywords "breast cancer, metastasis and tight junction" respectively or combinedly. Retrieval criteria; 1) the metastasis mechanism of the breast cancer; 2) the structure and function of tight junctiom 3) the relationship with tight junction and breast cancer metastasis. RESULTS: The breakdown of tight junction and decrease expression of tight junction proteins can promote EMT. Further research on the function of the tight junction in breast cancer cell can be helpful to master the exact mechanism of the metastasis of breast cancer and prevent the metastasis. CONCLUSION: The breakdown of tight junction has close relationship with the metastasis of breast cancer.
