随着Internet的迅速发展，网络在线实时交流的需求也日益扩大，如网上会议、网上聊天、远程教学等。本文介绍了网络在线实时交流工具──电子白板的概念、工作原理、功能、具体实现方法及其发展前景，阐述了基于TCP／IP协议基础上，用网络编程语言Java研制开发的“网络实时交互系统──电子白板”的整个设计开发过程及实践经验。

With the rapid development of the Intemet, the needs of real - time on - line intercourse in network are increasingly extensive, such as meetings on net, chats on net, remote teaching and so on. The concept, principle, function, reaching method and prospect of the Electronic White Board, a tool of real - time on - line intercourse in network, are introduced in this paper. The whole process and the practice experiences of developing the Electronic White Board based on the TCP/IP with JAVA language are explained.
