氮沉降对森林土壤微生物特性影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 论述了氮沉降对森林土壤微生物特性的影响,其主要表现在:对土壤微生物的生物量和土壤微生物的群落结构的影响,在微生物代谢功能上的主要影响从底物利用率、酶活性和土壤呼吸。同时,也分析了氮沉降对土壤微生物的影响机理。最后,还探讨了当前在氮沉降对土壤微生物生物多样性影响、存在的问题以及今后研究的方向。 The research progress in the effects of nitrogen deposition on microbiological characteristics of forest ecosystem was reviewed.The main manifestation are that it affected soil microbial flora,microbial community structure,and from aspect of metabolic function of microorganisms,it influenced substrates utilization rate,enzyme activity and soil respiration.Meanwhile,the influence mechanism of the nitrogen deposition on soil microorganisms was also analyzed.Finally,the effect of nitrogen deposition on soil microorganism diversity in China and in other countries were summarized and the existing problems and research direction was proposed.
