蒸气压缩式热泵干衣机的结构及特性分析 被引量:9

摘要 家用干衣机越来越被人们所接受,然而,传统干衣机能源浪费相当严重。本文阐述一种新型的家用热泵式干衣机,论述其工作原理和基本结构,并给出各部件设计选型的计算方法。通过对比传统的电热式干衣机与热泵式干衣机的耗电量、干衣效果以及对室内环境的污染等因素,得出这种热泵式干衣机比传统的电热式干衣机节能约50%,干衣效果更好,对环境无湿污染,对室内的热污染约为普通电加热干衣机的1/2左右,适宜家庭使用。最后,指出目前热泵式干衣机研发过程中应注意的一些问题。 The use of household dryer is becoming more and more common.However,traditional dryers consume large amounts of electric energy.Introduces one new type of domestic heat pump dryer.Analyzes its operating principle and basic structure,indicates the arithmetic of design and selection of some important components.Through comparing the power consumption,effect of drying and the pollution to indoor environment with traditional dryer,gets conclusions that heat pump dryer can save energy by 50%,better effect of drying,no humidity contamination and smaller environmental pollution than traditional electric heating type dryer,and suitable for domestic use.Finally,points out some issues and insufficient of heat pump dryer for current research.
