摘要
对一款客车空调压缩机支架减振设计的失误进行分析。研究结果表明,客车空调系统中压缩机部位的振动主要来自2个方面:发动机振动通过皮带传递到压缩机;压缩机运转过程中自身产生的振动。皮带传递的振动可以通过减振弹簧吸收,压缩机自身产生的振动可以通过安装的橡胶减振块吸收。
Analyzes un-successful design of bus air-conditioning compressor bracket.The research results show that there are two main shock-resources in bus air-conditioning compressor: the shock from the engine which is transferred to compressor through the driven belts,the shock from the compressor itself during working.The shock from the engine can be absorbed by the shock absorption springs.The shock of compressor can be absorbed by the rubber masses under the mounting feet.
