Applications of Network Remote Consultation in Primary Hospitals

目的结合工作实际应用,探讨如何进一步发挥远程网络会诊在基层医院的作用。方法通过远程医疗咨询系统,我院医生在网上与专家进行了139例次咨询。结果容易误诊和缺少经验的病例,通过远程咨询得到了诊断和治疗上的指导和帮助,远程会诊的总正确率达到95%以上。结论通过远程医疗咨询系统实现了资源整合共享,不仅使患者享受大医院专家的诊治,同时也使基层医院医生的诊治能力和技术水平得到了大幅提升。

Objective To explore the utilization of remote network diagnosis based on the practical application of remote network diagnosis in primary hospitals. Methods We consulted ＂with experts on a total of 139 cases. Results The misdiagnosis and lack of experience of cases greatly reduced through remote consultation. The diagnosis accuracy was as high as 95%. Conclusion Remote medical consultation system enables the local doctors to share the achievements of experts from big hospitals, and also makes it possible for patients to be treated by experts from big hospitals. Thus primary hospitals are sure to make progress in diagnosis.
