中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

Effects Observation of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的评价中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组:柳氮磺胺吡啶片口服,注射用氢化可的松琥珀酸钠加生理盐水作保留灌肠;观察组:在对照组用药方式的基础上,加用中药方剂保留灌肠,同时口服中药汤剂。结果观察组显效率73.33%(33/45)高于对照组显效率48.89%(22/45),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组总有效率100.00%(45/45)高于对照组总有效率86.67%(39/45),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效可靠,安全性高。

Objective To evaluat of efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Ninty patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into control group and observation group. Control group： sulfasalazine tablet, injection of hydroeortisone sodium succinate plus saline, as retention enema.observation group： treatment methods in the control group, plus Chinese proprietary retention enema, and oral medicine decoction. Results Markedly effective rate was 73.33% （33/45） in observation group ,it were higher than 48.89% （22/45） in control group with there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）, the total efficiency was 100.00% （45/45）in observation group ,it was higher than 86.67% （39/45） in control group with there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）No significant adverse effects in both groups. Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis good efficacy, and safe.
