This paper analyzes the meaning of CDIO profoundly, which points out the problems in experimental teaching of computer network, and guides the reform in the experimental teaching of computer network with CDIO engineering educational thought. It brings forward a new applied and skilled reform plan. Over one year teaching practice proved that this reform plan is feasible which means a great deal to cultivating engineered technical talented.
