中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛120例,随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组60例,给予常规扩冠状动脉、吸氧等治疗。治疗组60例,在西药常规治疗基础上加用自拟益气化瘀汤治疗。两组疗程均为3周。于治疗前后观察心绞痛发作情况、心电图改善情况以及血脂改变。结果治疗组治疗不稳定型心绞痛总有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(66.7%),心电图疗效治疗组总有效率(85.0%)高于对照组(65.0%),两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-C显著降低,HDL-C显著升高,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气化瘀汤具有益气行气、活血化瘀的作用,联合西药常规治疗能明显减少心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量,改善心肌缺血范围和程度,改善血脂等指标。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on unstable angina pectoris（UAP）treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 120 cases of UAP were randomized into a control group and a treatment.In control group（60 cases）,the conventional coronary dilation and oxygen uptake were applied.In treatment group（60 cases）,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the self-prepared yiqi huayu decoction was added.The session of treatment was 3 weeks in either group.Before and after treatment,the situation on angina attack,ECG improvement and blood lipid change were observed.Results The total effective rate（90.0%）of UAP in treatment group was higher than that in control group（66.7%）.The total effective rate of ECG in treatment group（85.0%）was higher than that in control group（65.0%）,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison of two groups（P0.05）.In treatment group,after treatment,serum TC,TG and LDL-C level decreased significantly and HDL-C level increased significantly.As compared with those before treatment in treatment group and those in control group after treatment,the differences were significant in statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion The self-prepared yiqi huayu decoction benefits qi,promotes qi circulation,activates blood circulation and resolves stasis.In association with the conventional treatment with western medicine,Chinese herbal medicine can remarkably reduce the attack frequency of angina pectoris and the dose of nitroglycerin,relieve the scope and severity of myocardial ischemia,improve blood lipid,etc.
