养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency Treated with Yangxue Qingnao Granules Combined with Sibelium

目的观察养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法将120例2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为三组,西比灵组38例,口服西比灵治疗;养血清脑颗粒组40例,口服养血清脑颗粒治疗;养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵组42例,同时口服养血清脑颗粒和西比灵,剂量同以上两组。观察比较三组临床疗效。结果养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵组总有效率为95.2%,显著高于西比灵组(81.6%)和养血清脑颗粒组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵组治疗后血液流速较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且优于西比灵组和养血清脑颗粒组(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足,能更好地改善症状和脑血流速度,疗效优于单纯使用养血清脑颗粒或西比灵。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI）treated with yangxue qingnao granules combined with sibelium.Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）with CCCI were randomized into three groups.A sibelium group（38 cases）was treated with oral administration of sibelium.A yangxue qingnao granules group（40 cases）was treated with oral administration of yangxue qingnao granules.A combined group（42 cases）was treated with oral administration of sibelium and yangxue qingnao granules,and the doses of those two medicines were same as those in the previous two groups.The clinical efficacies were observed and compared among three groups.Results The total effective rate in combined group was 95.2%,which was higher significantly than that（81.6%）in sibelium group and that（80.0%）in yangxue qingnao granules group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）.The blood flow after the treatment of the combined medication of sibelium and yangxue qingnao granules was improved remarkably as compared with that before treatment and the result was superior to that in either sibelium group or yangxue qingnao granules group（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined medication of sibelium and yangxue qingnao granules can much better relieve the symptoms and improve brain blood flow in T2DM combined with CCCI.
